Okay, this has just started to happen. No idea why... though I'm wondering if it's because I'm now syncing both a Z30 and Z10 (well, trying to with the latter!)?
Whether I try just the contact, just the calendar or both, I get 'Sync was unsuccessful' - and the reason is 'Failed to commit changes to device'. The trouble is, I get no more info than that; 'why' it's failed would be helpful!
Can anyone help?
I'm syncing through USB and doing nothing different (that I can think of). It recognises the Z10. Sync is set at 1-way - Outlook to Device, and I've configured it that Outlook over-rules in the event of any conflict. BBL version is 22.214.171.124. Z10 OS version is 10.2.1.2977.
For the record, the Z30 is syncing without problem.
