Backup Process

Hi,

 

When I make a backup.... link start the backup and then tell me "has failed to perform the backup"

 

 

Why????

 

I try remove link and install again and have the same problem.

 

Any can help me?

Sorry to hear about your issue. I would suggest you contact your mobile service provider and ask your issues be escalated to BlackBerry for investigation.
