BlackBerry Link can't display Windows Media Player Library

Hello,

BlackBerry Link shows me an empty m usic library although I have thousands of tracks in my Windows Media Player Library. There was a time it worked, but since a month Blackberry Link shows a message: "There are no tracks in your Windows Media Player Library". I reinstalled the software a bunch of times and have always chosen the Windows Media Player - haven't installed iTunes. All other functions are working.

Anybody an idea what to do?

Thanks a lot!

Kilian

Re: BlackBerry Link can't display Windows Media Player Library

Solved it myself:

I deleted the Windows Media Player library database (= all files in C:\Users\NAMEOFTHEUSER\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Media Player) - therefor I had to close all programms (all BB programs, the wmplayer and the wmplayer network service). After deleting the database, Windows Media Player reorganized its database and BB Link found the database again.

Best Regards

Kilian
