Can someone please help? I installed the BB Link on my PC. If I sign up for my BB ID, a error pops up saying 'Unable to sign in to your BlackBerry ID. Confirm your are connected to Internet and try again"! The ''helped feature' on the BB Link are also missing. My Z10 are linked with the PC and my Internet connection are !00%

Do you have any security software on the PC? If so, I would suggest making sure it is not blocking internet access to BlackBerry Link. Also are you using a proxy server to connect to the internet?

I'm having the same issue.
Using Latest BB Link on a Windows 7 64 PC.
I have done all, disabling my firewall, uninstalling and reinstalling BB Link twice, but still having this issue.
Please I need help on this.
