BlackBerry Link v1.1.0.33 (Windows OS)

Can someone please help? I installed the BB Link on my PC. If I sign up for my BB ID, a error pops up saying 'Unable to sign  in to your BlackBerry ID. Confirm your are connected to Internet and try again"! The ''helped feature' on the BB Link are also missing.  My Z10 are linked with the PC and my Internet connection are !00%

Regards

Dup

Re: BlackBerry Link v1.1.0.33 (Windows OS)

Hey DupduPlooy,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for the question.

Do you have any security software on the PC?  If so, I would suggest making sure it is not blocking internet access to BlackBerry Link.  Also are you using a proxy server to connect to the internet?

I look forward to your reply.

Cheers.

Hi ViciousFerret

No,  just Windows Defender. After I turned  my Firewall of, I tried to sign in without success.

Hi,

I'm having the same issue.

Using Latest BB Link on a Windows 7 64 PC.

I have done all, disabling my firewall, uninstalling and reinstalling BB Link twice, but still having this issue.

Please I need help on this.

Re: BlackBerry Link v1.1.0.33 (Windows OS)

have you tried a different direct USB port on your PC? Closing BBLink, disconnecting, reconnecting ... check in Device Manager to ensure no USB connection issues with your BB device before relaunching BBLink.

Can you sign into BBLink successfully?

Yup, no problems anymore!  This action works for me: I uninstall the Blackberry Link v1.1.0.33. First connected my Z10. Then install the BB Link again..
