Since the upgrade to 18.104.22.168 every time I connect my Z10, the application crashes.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software a couple of times, but the behavior continues.
Any ideas on how to find/fix the issue?
or a link to the older version would also help.

Are you doing a media synchronization or a calendar/contact synchronization?
Also what version of BlackBerry 10 software are you currently running? Go to Settings>About to find this information.

I am only doing media sync.
I found that unchecking the options to automatically sync media allowed Link to stay working without a crash.
BB 10 OS on my Z10: 10.1.0.2039
