I can find no references to what you have provided in the public KB databases...perhaps your searching will be more fruitful:
Please also tell us exactly what is happening when this error occurs, along with all that you have already attempted to remedy this. Hopefully, you have already tried the obvious -- e.g., removing LINK, downloading a completely new copy of it, and installing that from scratch on your computer.

I had the same error. When starting BB Link, it stopped without open it. I removed totally the SW and installed a brand new version and it keeps the same error.
