Don't want to loose my cool. long time BB user/supporter >>> pre-bought 2 BBZ10's 1 for wife 1 for me- p/u yesterday
Last night installed BB Link 100_b071_multilanguage.exe for Windows on my PC running Vista 64
install runs all the way and completes but when running BB Link after 30 or 45 seconds of wait it crashes.
Description: Stopped working
Windows Problem Event Name: CLR20r3 <<< ANY IDEAS?
un-installed BB Link and also (after fact/no instructions) BB Desktop 18.104.22.168 same results after reinstall BB Link.

I'm on Win7 64-bit and I have a similiar issue. The application crashes every time I try and start it:

I have tried re-installing. I have tried right click run-as Admin. No luck.

Any resolution on this? Same issue on Windows 7 64 bit.
