Blackberry Link + Z10/Q10 on Windows 8 = BSO ?

[ Edited ]

I keep getting Bluescreens when i connect a Q10 og z10 to my computer.
This after i installed BB Link.

I have English Windows 8 64 bit enterprise.
- Tryed diffrent USB ports still get BSO.

             -even diffrent cables

- On both Q10 and Z10, with lated SW update.

Has anyone else thos problem?

Yes, I have frequent crashes when I attach my z30 to my win 8 laptop. I never had this problem with win 7. I think there is serious incompatibility.

Both of you should first check your Anti-Virus Program here:   http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/compatibility/CompatCenter/Home

You need to find your exact version click on it then change the drop down menu to Win 8 as by default Win 8.1 is the home page.

If your Anti-Virus is not compatible you must Uninstall it as disabling it will not do. You can get another version or use Windows Defender which comes with your system but you need to turn it ON and UPDATE it.

Win Defend is a good program you can continue to use that permanently or as a  temporary solution, your choice.

I already use Windows Defender and nothing else so that can't be the source of my problem. Thanks for the reply.
