Blackberry Link

Are Blackberry going to sort this obvious issue out?

Loyalty is becoming stretched.

Clearly this Blackberry Link is not working and I have wasted too much time attemting to download on both PC and laptop with windows 7 and 8.

Assume Blackberry monitors these forums. I dont want to disable various functions just need it to work!

A couple more days wait then it goes back to 02 and an iPhone.

I did this too

"We are going to need to gather some logs to further investigate this issue.  Please contact your network service provider and asked to be transferred to BlackBerry for further investigation."

 

My network provider said it looks like the Blackberry Link download is a serious issue. It is, sort it out or lose more users!
