I am using blackberry link on mac to connect to my blackberry z10 and it is not working properly. First it is not able to connect through wireless connection. It does not matter what I try it does not recognize my device. The funny part is that when i installed the program the first time it was working but it stopped working al of a sudden. The second problem is that it try to transfer music and it appears in link that I have a music installed; but when I look for the music on the device it is not there. I just cant understand why this sofware is so crappy. It does not do well it's basic function that is to transfer files to the device.

I have the same problem on PC.
It worked the very first time, but now wireless connection to BBLink is impossible.
Rebooted the phone
Rebooted the PC
Rebooted the router
Removed my device from BBLink
Reinstalled / repaired my BBLink installation
Uninstalled BBLink (using a third-party uninstall program to wipe all traces of the software)
Installed BBLink again
Activated / accessed all the setings on the Z10 that relate to wi-fi and access.
BBLink still always says "Disconnected" even when my Z10 shows up in WIndows and on all other devices connected to the router.

UPDATE: A battery pull has solved my problem.
I pulled the battery, turned on the wi-fi antenna on my Z10, and now BBLink is connected via wi-fi.
