I need help with configuring MS Outlook. When attempting to import my contacts and calendar appointments BlackBerry Link generates the following error message. "BlackBerry Link has not detected Microsoft Outlook 2007 or 2010, or a Microsoft Outlook profile."
I'm using the BlackBerry Z10, software 10.1.0.2019, and MS Outlook 2010.

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with synchronizing your data with Outlook.
Do you know if your Outlook was installed using Click-to-Run?
What type of email account was configured with your Outlook - an ISP POP account? Hotmail account using Outlook Connector?
If you were to create a second Outlook profile to test, are you able to see this profile in Link?
