I've had a little look at similar issues people have had updating on this forum, and mine seems to be different. I currently have 126.96.36.199, I heard rumours that Outlook sync was here on the new version of Link and when I open Link, I see the little red asterisk to tell me an update is available.
When I go to update I don't get any error messages, it downloads unzips, closes Link and installs the update and appearance-wise everything appears to work as normal, but when I open Link up again after the update there is no Outlook Sync, I check which version of Link I have and lo! it is still 188.8.131.52.
I've 'updated 3 more times' and still seem to be on 184.108.40.206

Might I suggest downloading the BlackBerry Link installer file found at BlackBerry.com and installing BlackBerry Link 220.127.116.11 (bundle 26) overtop of your current BlackBerry Link 18.104.22.168. If that also does not properly update the BlackBerry Link software, uninstall the current version of BlackBerry Link, and install BlackBerry Link with the installer file downloaded from the above URL.
Please let me know if you have any further problems installing the BlackBerry Link 22.214.171.124 software.
