Cannot Communicate with device

My Link was working great then I did the update and now I connect my Z10 to it and it says it can not communicate.  Finaly I did the reboot which it ask me to (lost a bunch of pictures and video argh) and still same error.  So next I removed and re installed the likn program and still the same error message.  Someone Help Please.

Rob, what did you reboot and where were the pictures and videos which were lost?
