DEAR BLACKBERRY.....

I recently purchased a BlackBerry z10 Z10STL100-3/10.1.0.4633 and I had to reset it because I lost my password......I could restore it because blackberry link isn't yet available for my country.. Trinidad,so I don't have access to BlackBerry Link so this prevents me from using the backup features. and so on.. anyone know any other ways to back up your bb10 device without link thanks again

Hello,

Could you please check again that it is LINK you are having a problem with? From all I understand, there are no country restrictions on downloading the LINK software...refer:

Please let us know exactly what happens when you attempt to download LINK to your PC.

Thanks!
