My Carrier: EE

Device will not sync

I have just upgraded to a Q5 and my device will not sync with the computer. I have reinstalled everything and started over numerous times.  does anyone know what to do or how i can get music and photos on to my phone? i've spoken with EE and they can't help as it's a blackberry software problem.

What happens when you try to do the media synchronization through BlackBerry link?  Do you get a specific error? Also are you using a PC or a Mac?
