Quick Note :Anyone with the same issue just with Itunes and your music, all you need to do is the following:
T
Turns out its an iTunes problem. Really Easy to Fix though

1: (With Link open or closed) Exit Itunes
2:make sure itunes inst minimized to the task bar.
3: Go to Control Panel > Programs
4: Click on i tunes & then hit Repair

Once its done repairing you can return to BB Link and sync your music.

Nope, doesn't alow syncing of music from iTUNES after doing this...still no folder adding capability like pictures, videos and documents have...this is a BB Link issue and it sucks

Sorry it didn't help, it resolved my issue. which is only tied to music sync. Seems like you have a bigger issue.

Im not using itunes, i can sync videos and music but not pictures

This is what i get as soon as i try to sync:

 

Sync did not complete

A problem occured while attempting to access your media library. (The sync was not completed)
