Files not Copied Error Message in BB Link

Some of my iTunes music won't copy to my Z10. Here is the message I get:

Files not copied to Blackberry-AD6F as they are protected by digital rights management (DRM) technologies: 4

Midnight Bottle

The Little Things

Those are Colbie Caillat songs if you need to know!

Any suggestions would be great!

Re: Files not Copied Error Message in BB Link

Hello Amber,

Thank you for your question.

Content owners use digital rights management technology (DRM) to protect their intellectual property. BlackBerry Link doesn't support audio files that use digital rights management (DRM) technologies.

Thank you.

Re: Files not Copied Error Message in BB Link

This doesn't really help.

The music files copy over to the Blackberry Link account for the device, but don't actually sync to the device.  What gives?

Why is it in iTunes if it is covered by DRM technologies.  This sounds like iTunes blocking Blackberry Link.

Re: Files not Copied Error Message in BB Link

It sopoused we can link and syncronise our itunes library with blackberry devices, but not the protected one? So what should I do with all the music I bought in itunes. Ther is no way to sync it? No way to transfer it to my BB?
