Help!!! BB link not detecting Q10

Hey All,


Frustrated since morning.. BBlink isnt detecting my Q10 for synchronizing purpose. 


I have checked all the possibilities of error. 


1. USB cable working properely ( already tried 2-3 cables). When I connect, a message pops up, (device connected to computer). No other activity on either screen whatsoever.


2. Port has no issues, tried connecting other devices, LG G2,  and it did synchronize with same cables and on same ports. 


3. Uninstalled BB link and installed again. yet not working..


4. Restarted my Laptop multiplal times, yet not working. Restarted Q10 multiple times, yet not working.


its just second time I am connecting my device for sync. previousely it happened without any issues..


please help... m going nuts..

It is also not detecting my Z10 when connected to on two different computers
