Issues with LINK

I am quite new in this forum. I changed my BB into a new Q10.

I was used to backup regulary my datas on my PC with the desktop device manager.

Now I downloaded the Blackberry Link that should permit the same with this new model but I cannot start the program.

I can open it but still by the first page/step I receive the information from windows: there was a problem that prevent the correct functioning of the program and the BBLink is aborted.


I have on my PC OS windows 7 and I can act as administrator.

I already set the BB Link on compatibility for Windows 7


Already deinstalled and reinstalled, shut down and restart .... nothing to do...any ideas?

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with BlackBerry Link.


To clarify, when you go to launch Link, you are getting an error? If so, can you please provide that error as it appears?
