Link cannot find my iTunes Library.

Not only will Link not support 2way sync of the z10 to MS Outlook contacts and calendar, (epic fail) but Link will also not find all of my music files that are stored away in an iTunes folder.   No where in the Link software can I find a place where you can direct it into which folder on the desktop to go looking either.

Seems there are a lot of BUGS in this new os10 and Link platform.  Too bad they didnt work them out before launching.    Now I have a brand new device that I cannot use as I cannot get it to do a 2 way synch to my office computer.

Re: Link cannot find my iTunes Library.

Hello integraworks,

Thank you for your question regarding BlackBerry Link PIM and media synchronization.

An upcoming release of BlackBerry Link will support full two-way synchronization. See the following for more information: http://bbry.lv/15mPbb0

Are you able to synchronize some of your music located within iTunes or are you unable to access any?
