Link doesn't recognize my Internet connection.

Link has not been able to grasp the fact that, even though I have Firefox, Skype AND Yahoo open on my PC, I am in fact connected to the Internet. Running 7 (64-bit). Everything else regarding net access on the machine is normal. I know it's early on, but really? Everything else about the device is great!

Thank you for your question regarding BlackBerry Link not recognizing your internet connection.


Please check your operating system firewall settings to see if the application is currently allowed access to the internet. You may also want to verify this within any other security software you may have installed.
