I've tried trolling the knowledge base as well as this forum but there seems to be no clear source for this problem nor a clear cut resolution to get this desktop manager installed.
Has anyone encountered this same error? More importantly, has anyone got a workaround. I tried disabling UAC on the off chance that there was a problem with that, but that didn't stop the error from occuring again.
Gotta say, it's kinda annoying.

To better assist you , can you provide the full error message you receive? Can you install any other software on the PC? Try right-clicking on the Setup.exe file and select the "Run As Administrator".

I can install plenty on the laptop. This exact message appears when copying new files (just over halfway through according to the progress bar, stops right between the back and next buttons):
Error 2349: Copy resumed with different info. (Retry/Cancel)
Running as administrator hasn't changed the result any.

It would appear that this is a serious problem. I have been trying on and off since yesterday and my PC cannot download Blackberry link.. Can anyone help please?
