Link won't transfer my contacts and calendar from old Bold to new Z10

I have been trying to transfer all my BB info (contacts and calendar in particular) to my new Z10.  I manage to get the info from the old phone to Link but when I try to put the info on my new Z10 nothing happens at step 3 when it says "click on the picture of your new phone."  There is actually no picture of anything.  Any advice?  Thx.

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

Can you please tell me if you are signed into BlackBerry Link using the same BlackBerry ID you are using on your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone? When you connect only your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone, is BlackBerry Link able to make a connection with it?

Thanks for the reply.  I am keen to get this sorted out so I won't have to transfer a bunch of stuff my hand!

 

So, when I plug my Z10 into BB Link, my BB says "connected to a computer" and the name of my phone pops up at the bottom of the Link page on my computer.

 

One thing that also keeps popping up is a screen that says BBlink wants to export key from keychain.  I have tried clicking always allow and allow and nothing seems to happen.

 

I think I am using the same bb id on both (but not positive.)

 

Does this give you any clues?

Hey elizk,

 

So that we can resolve this issue, could you please ask your wireless service provider to open a case with BlackBerry on your behalf so we can gather some logs and investigate this further?
