One Possible BlackBerry Link Connection Solution

For those people who have had problems with your temp drives and your bb z10 drives not mounting in windows, you can try the following. Go to Start > Settings > Network Connections. Right click on the Device Name "BlackBerry Virtual Private Network and go to properties. Check to see if you have "Client for Microsoft Networks" showing and checked under the heading "This connection uses the following items:". If it is not showing and checked you will have to click install > "highlight click on" client > "click" add. Then from the list choose "Client for Microsoft Networks". Once installed you should be propted to rebot your computer. Once the rebot is completed you should be able to plug in your bb to your computer and your drives should show up. Please note that you will need Wi-Fi on your phone turned off and depending on your what version of software you have you will also need to have your USB Connection set to Connect to Windows. With the latest version of the phone's software you should be able to leave this setting to Autodetect.
