Problem with Sync to Outlook



For while after getting the new update on the phone and Link, the sync between the two was working good, but two weeks ago I started having problem with the sync and every time I get the following message :


"An error occured during an attempt to access a device database record"


Any idea on how to fix this


BTW the problem happens on my desktop and laptop computer (windows7 / Vista)

Using the Playbook and the Z10 and the Z30 and loving them

Hi rat-7

Is this happening when you synchronize your contacts?
If so, do any of your Microsoft Outlook contacts have a URL listed instead of an email address in the Email fields? If so, could you please try moving the URLs to the web page address field and retrying the synchronization.
