PC Outlook 2013, MSwindows 7
BBY: Q10 BBYlink 184.108.40.206
With the release of 1.1.1 a great amount of pent up frustration and anger was released and happiness restored, but a little bit beginning to build again. Maybe I just have things set up incorrectly.
When synchronising calendar, any appointments more than 30 days old pop up to be deleted if sync is completed.
BBYlink setting for calendar are: ‘Last 30 Days And All Future Entries Only’. Which is the only option I have available, but I would like to keep all my calendar on my BBY as I need to scan back for appointments in the last few months, not just 30 days.
Is there any way to sync and not delete old appointments on the BBY?

All information to be synchronized with the Blackberry Link is replaced with the former in this case you will lose all you have quotes mentioned above installed on your Blackberry.
Kudos **Do not forget to give those people who help and advise you regarding your questions, as well give the answer like**

In BBL, go to your Q10 tab.
The page "Set Up Calendar Syncing" appears.
Click on the "Device Sync Period" pulldown menu.
Choose "All Entries".
Works for me :-)

Thanks for your answer. Feared as much but was hoping there would be a way to synchronise only the recent and future information leaving the older stuff alone.
Oh well. Perhaps in the future might get such an option. That and the ability to select individual win on sync options rather than a blanket win for PC or BBY.

It seems that this setting has been removed (I'm on BBLink 1.2.2). Can anyone confirm this? Or if you still see the sync period control can you tell me how to get to it?
Thanks a lot in advance for any help.
