Q10 (back up & Sync)

Dear All,

This is getting a bit uncomfortable, but i can back up from my phone (Q10) to my computer but i cant sync from my laptop to the phone (Q10) back. please help me out.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with synchronization using BlackBerry Link with your BlackBerry Q10 smartphone.

 

Can you please provide more details regarding what happen when you attempt synchronization? Does it fails with an error message and if so, can you please provide the full message? At which stage does it fail?

 

Also - What version of BlackBerry Link are you running?
