Using Blackberry link; I tried to drag and drop my itunes music from my CPU to my new Z10 but it does not work. What do I try next?

Hello shogan and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

Sorry to hear you're having an issue transferring Music to your BlackBerry Z10.

 

To clarify, you are in BlackBerry Link, in your computer music files and when you highlight a song (it should appear blue) and drag it to your connected device, it's not transferring? Are you getting an error?

 

Or are you in iTunes trying to drag the files to BlackBerry Link?
