I just received my Q10 phone from repair and I'm trying to re-sync it with my Blackberry Link software. I have logged in to my Blackberry ID on both Link software and device, and it shows me the back-up file I need to be using. When I select it and click on restore, it indicates my Blackberry ID's don't match. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Please help.
