Please attempt to perform a selective backup and do not backup the Application Data.

Thank you for your response.
I have just tried a selective back-up and I was able to back-up media and settings individually. When I tried to back-up Application Data, I was unsuccessful.
Am I correct in assuming that Application Data is just Apps that I have installed?
