Still can't back up Z10

I still can't back up my Z10. I have made sure all device and Link software is updated. I am running windows 7. I have uninstalled Link and reinstalled. I get the message that backup did not complete.

Any suggestions?

Thank you for your question regarding the issue you are experiencing with backing up your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone using BlackBerry Link.

 

Please attempt to perform a selective backup and do not backup the Application Data.

 

Let us know if this allows you to complete the backup process successfully.

Thank you for your response.

 

I have just tried a selective back-up and I was able to back-up media and settings individually.  When I tried to back-up Application Data, I was unsuccessful.

 

Am I correct in assuming that Application Data is just Apps that I have installed?
