Sync calendar/contacts

Installed BlackBerry link. Managed to import contacts etc  on initial set-up - but everytime I sync with my Q10, BB link bombs out with an error and then shuts down. I use vista business and Outlook 2010. Cany anyone help me with a fix? Thanks

Thanks for the question. In order to better assist you with your issue, please provide the below information:

 

-Exact Error Message received when synchronization

-Version of BlackBerry Link: Select Computer tab->Settings(Cog wheel)

-Version of Vista: Start->Accessories->System Tools->System Information: (Version including service pack and bit version)

-Version of Microsoft Outlook: From Microsoft Word->File->Help (version including bit version)

Details:

Error: sync unsuccessful

 

Blackberry Link Version 1.1.1.32

 

MS Windows Vista Business (not finding the bit-version Smiley Sad assumuming its a 32-bit)

Version 6.0.6002 Service pack 2 Build 6002

 

MS Office Professional Plus 2010

Version 14.0.6129.5000 (32-bit)

 

as to the error record, thats all i get. - sync unsuccessful. I have tried since on uninstalling and re-installing, and I get the same unsuccessful sync.
