Hi. I have updated the Blackberry Link to version 18.104.22.168 on a PC running Windows 7 to solve this problem, but It continues.
In BB Link, I select my phone (Q10), then in Contact/Calendar, Configurate button are disable. How can enable this option?

Were you able to synchronize your data on the previous versions of BlackBerry Link? Also does BlackBerry Link show that your BlackBerry Q10 is connected? Are you able to create a backup of your data?
