Sync problem with BB LINK

[ Edited ]

The media on my device, like photos and video, wil not sync to the desktop. I am running Mac OS 10.8.4 and the latest version and build of blackberry link. It has always taken some coazing to get it to sync to the desktop byt unplugging the device and restarting the desktop software and computer.

as of last week I have not been able to sync at all and have to do it manually from finder

Re: Sync problem with BB LINK

Hi, Maybe try turning off WiFi on the BB 10 device if using Link and a USB cable. I have to turn off wifi to copy files. If I don't it just says "preparing to sync" for about 5 minutes then stops everything - nothing is copied over.

It would be really nice for BB Link to have a little message saying "turn off wifi if you want to copy files".
