After updated BB link to version 126.96.36.199 I can not reload device software - BB Z10.
Before it works without problem, now I can not. I reinstall BB link again, not helped.
If I click to ''Reload'' button, nothing happened, I can click there, but nothing will start work.
Btw. I have win 8
Some help please ?

Are you able to restore the BlackBerry Z10 to factory settings by click on Restore Device Data and choose Restore to factory settings?
I am also unable to access the reload software button in that version. I will investigate this further.
