I have installed and unistalled Blackberry link at least 3 times trying to resolve my issue. After it is installed I continue to get a message that says "Unable to sign in to your Blackberry ID. Confirm you are connected to the Internet and try again" It appears to be installed correctly. I have internet access because I am connected to this forum currently? I have been able to install BB link on another computer and sign in with out issue. I really would like it to work on my laptop as that is where my itunes is. Can anyone make a suggestion as this is extremely frustrating.

Thanks for the info. I figured it out! Norton 360 security settings were not allowing BB Link to access the internet. Changed the setting to allow and voila!

I'm unable to login to BBID on BlackBerry link as well. I have two computers both running windows 7 64bit and .net framework 4. It works on one PC but not the other. I have attached a screen shot of the error i'm getting (dual monitor see below). My internet works as i'm typing this on the same PC.

I can't use BB Link at work because our corporate firewall obviously blocks the port used to sign in.
Does anyone know what the port and addresses is used so I can get my colleages to set up a firewall rule?

I've picked up the below when starting Link and using ZoneAlarm:
IP 22.214.171.124 Port 443
IP 169.254.161.5 Port 8443
I think the first IP which points to blackberry.net on port 443 should be opened. If you have logging on your Firewall you could check the logs to see what ports are being hit.
