When trying to sync my music from my computer to my Blackberry Q10 using Blackberry Link I get the message, "A problem occurred while attempting to access your media library (The sync did not complete)"....any thoughts or suggestions as to why this is and why I cannot sync my music to my phone?

Are you trying to synchronize with iTunes? Were you able to synchronize in the past? What version of BlackBerry Link are you currently using?
is your iTunes or Windows Media Player up to date?
