Uninstall Link Software - something is preventing it from uninstalling

[ Edited ]

How do I uninstall the Link software off my machine. It has killed the speed on my netbook and is such a clunky POS that I am done with it.I am using ad ASUS netbook running Windows 7.

It won't let me uninstall! Part way throught the install shield it says that I don't have permission to stop some of the services and then refuses to unistall. The part that seems to be causing the issue is RIM MDNS.

Any ideas how I can get get past this message and get this off my netbook. Greatly appreciate any help!

Love my Q10 - it is awesome. This software however - ick.

Yes I am, is there a better method?

In the services, everything now seems to be stopped, When I attempted to unistall using the windows uninstaller it gets to the end and then just says unistall was interupted and rolls everything back.

Thx

To uninstall BB Link it should not be running in the Back Ground so first close it completely then uninstall BB Link and don't click anything until the process completes
