Z10 not syncing with my computer

Have been trying to move a video from my phone to my computer.  Link shows me that my phone is connected but nothing is showing up in the files from my phone.  Any advice as to what might be happening here?

Video may be present in your SD card, try checking to move from your SD card if it detects.

When you turns ON the Blackberry Link does it shows that syncronisation is successful/completed?
