how do I point Link to SD card rather than internal memory for Z10?

[ Edited ]

hi, i don't have enough space to sync my media(music, pictures, videos) into the internal Z10 memory.

i have much more space on my SD card.

how do I get Link to recognize my SD card and transfer/sync to there?  It seems to have defaulted to phone internal memory.

I installed the SD card after I installed link.  I have reinstalled Link, but nothing has changed.

Thanks.

Re: how do I point Link to SD card rather than internal memory for Z10?

Hey vgk,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for the question.

Currently BlackBerry Link will only recognize the internal memory and media card for the total amount free.  How much free memory is it showing in BlackBerry Link?  Also what version of BlackBerry 10 are you using?  This can be found under Settings>About.

I look forward to your reply.

Cheers.
