link not working at all

THis is very frustrating ... taking 10 minutes to login ... another five to connect my device ... then I try to synch 100 pictures ... it then spends another 15 minutes "Preparing to synch" then comes up with a connection error, yet my computer still shows the device as connected.


Last time it took two hours to get it working properly ...


Is there any other way to copy files off my device and onto a PC?? This was way, way, way easier with an iphone.
