outlook calendar sync fails

Have new Z30. Downloaded Blackberry Link. Connected with USB lead. Contacts sync OK. Calendar sync repeatedly fails - get error message:

Connection error. There was a problem accessing the drive(s) on this device. Disconnect and reconnect your device and try again.

 

Have disconnected and reconnected - no success.

 

Any suggestions?

I've have this same problem for the last month - ever since I got my z30.  Still looking for answers.
