I've been having this problem for a while now. Initially it was working, and now it is not. I've seen a few other threads with the same issue, but no resolution.
Using BB Link 188.8.131.52, configured to use itunes library. Itunes version 184.108.40.206. Windows firewall has been disabled completely.
I have attempted repairing / re-installing itunes and BB Link in various orders, etc. all without making any difference.
I have collected the diagnostic logs - is there somewhere I can send them for review? Based on the below it is enumerating the playlists I have (Below from the desktophelper.log):

However I then see the following errors in the desktop.log file:

Welcome to the forums.
You can try one of the two options below to work around your issue.
Drag and drop the files from the desired music folder to the BlackBerry Music folder using the computer.
Try a different Windows profile.
If neither of these options work for you then you will want to contact your mobile service provider and ask that this issues be escalate to BlackBerry support for investigation.
