syncing contacts

after the new os update, when i am trying to sync my Z10 contacts with the outlook on my laptop, im getting an error called "CrTran" something and it says syncing unseccussful...

if i recall this was also happening when I had the bold 4 and even that time my syncing used to give same problem and error....

please help me what do i need to do to erase this problem....

At what stage if the synchronization process does the error message appear?
