Re: unexpected error while importing the contacts/calendar

Hey stomazsewski,

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

To better assist you, what version of Microsoft Outlook are you currently using? And what is the full version of  BlackBerry Link?

Thank you.

Re: unexpected error while importing the contacts/calendar

I am using outlook 10 with BB link that I only downloaded 5 days ago when I got my new z10 BB, so I assume it is the latest version - can't find any information on version

I have the same problem, version 1.1.0.33 of BB Link, with a brand new Z10 (unlocked). Outlook 2010 as well.

Thanks for any help!

Re: unexpected error while importing the contacts/calendar

After doing some digging around, it seems that I must have Microsoft Exchange Server for this to work.  Is this correct?  I don't have it.  Does this mean I'm never going to be able to import calendar/contacts using Blackberry Link with my POP/SMTP?
