10.1 update and Ical sync problem

I just bought the Z10.  I can sync my icloud email/contacts with no problem but it will not sync my calander.  I had tried the Z10 a few months back and I could sync my icloud contacts/email/calander with no problem.  I had returned due to an email issue.  That problem is resolved with the email but would really like to be able to sync my Ical.....

any suggestions on a fix or an update from BB to fix the issue?
