10.2 issue

Hello,

 

I've just updated my Z10 to the rolled 10.2.0.424 OS and get the same issue as on 10.2 beta: after several hours of usage the sound is gone. All games launches without sound. I can't play either music or video files due to 'The file can't be played due to an unexpected error (1)'. Even incoming calls and alarm are silent Smiley Sad

Device reboot resolves an issue but after some time the issue comes back.

I'm using white STL-100-2 device. Please help.

It seems this issue has been described in the following KB:

KB33694-No sound, vibration, or LED notifications occur for incoming phone calls or messages receive...

The only difference - I don't use any bluetooth devices.
