AccuWeather (Native Weather App)

I have noticed on two occasions that the native app AccuWeather does not respond when touch to active, it would simple flicker with the apps reacting to a small slide.

This became apparent after the update to OS 10.1. If there is anyone experiencing such issues, please share.

Please note that this is the original weather app which is pre installed into my BlackBerry Z10 and is named "Weather".

I think there was an update that failed.
I suggest you :
- reboot the device
- go in BlackBerry World,
- go in My World
- go in "My apps"
- open the overflow menu (the 3-dotted button in the bottom right corner of the screen)
- check for updates
- re-download the Weather app upgrade.

The AccuWeather app in BlackBerry World is not the same as the native app we already have. I am sorry I didn't mentioned that I tried to do that already.

When downloaded the one from BlackBerry World carries a distinctive different looking icon for the app. If you try you will see, also this app does not show under (My World/My Apps & Games).

I get it, this app is part of the OS and cannot be deleted or updated through the BlackBerry World.

You can pray for the next OS to fix your issue.

Or you can use BlackBerry Link and force a reinstall of your current OS.
