All programs not available for Z10!!!

Dear all

All the application am trying to download its keep telling me that unavailable for your device and I can't update my z10 I don't know why each time I try it will say you've got the latest software.

Is there any way to upgrade my software please help.

My phone model STL100-1
Software 10.0.9.234

For so few words, you have quite a bit mixed up in there...so let's separate it out shall we?

You need to carefully review the requirements pages for whatever apps you are interested in (you didn't say, so we can't guess which ones). There will be requirements for device model, OS level, carrier, and country...and you must meet all of those requirements. Each developer chooses what they will make their app compatible with...and very few make them compatible with everything.

The carriers control the release of the OS to their users. There are tricks to try and bypass if a carrier has not released it, but they do not come without risk...some have reported rendering their Z10 useless by forcing an update when their own carrier had not yet released it. But you can do so at your own risk:

Thanks for replying, I Already update my z10 manually and take the risk so the programs that I need it working now.
