BBID issues

Good day guys! I have an issue with my former BBID as I couldn't recall my p/word and Recovery answers, hence I created a new BBID on d same phone. I later used d BBID to download my blackberry protect application which I iused to back up my info.
No, I'm on a new phone (BOLD 5) and wanted to use the new BBID to activate my blackberry and other set ups, but keep receiving response that "there's no username/p/word associated with this blackberry I'd" or something like that. Please what can I do now. I'm not so particular about using restoring my old info, but I need to use the new phone. Do I have to create a new e-mail account?

Using a PC browser, go to www.bbid.com and test your login to see if it is correct.
