BBM and Sync with MS Outlook

I am delighted with new BB10, however I have noticed that BBM messages on BB10 are not sent as fast as on the previous BB platform.  I wonder if I have set something wrong or is this a known problem?  Some messages can take an hour to send.


I also think Blackberry should seriously consider updating the sofware to allow sync with MS Outlook and do so very very soon, it is only what us diehard BB business users expect.


I have tried to find a direct contact to Blackberry to no avail. Please advise if there is a direct email contact.
